Refunds or store credit can only be issued after consultation with the manufacturer. If the product is found to be defective, our customer service team will promptly contact the manufacturer to resolve the issue.
Should Manufacturer agree to provide the new product, we will notify you and dispatch the new product. Regrettably, no refund or store credit will be issued in this scenario.
Refunds or store credit (if applicable)
Customers dissatisfied with the product can opt for a refund or store credit. Mediline enterprises Inc will issue a refund after deducting a 5% credit card process fee.
Once we have received and inspected the product, we will issue a refund or store credit. An email will be sent to notify you of the receipt of your returned item. Additionally, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds are processed after deducting a Processing & Restocking fee. Payment will be issued via E-transfer or cheque from Mediline Enterprises Inc. Mediline do not issue refunds on credit cards at this time.
In some cases, only partial or no refunds are given, if applicable. This applies to items that are not in their original condition, have been damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not caused by us. Additionally, refunds will not be granted for items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
