The weight sled mimics everyday work motions and offers adjustable resistance for targeted strengthening of the shoulders, back, hips, thighs, and calves. Measuring 18" wide x 36" long, with a handle that adjusts from 32" to 44" high and foam covered grips, this weight sled can hold up to 250 lbs and features a chrome plated, natural finish. To use the accessory box with the weight sled, simply remove the weight holders and insert the 15" wide x 30" long x 6" high box, with inside dimensions of 14" x 22 1/2 long and a removable rubber mat, for added convenience and versatility.
