Dynamic foot lift orthosis with posteriorly displaced bar
The NEURODYN® CARBON is a dynamic foot drop orthosis with a posteriorly offset bar. It provides dynamic support for toe-off while walking, thanks to the energy return of the carbon spring, promoting a more natural gait. The bar is positioned behind the base of the 5th metatarsal bone. The NEURODYN® CARBON is also characterized by its flexible, anatomically shaped frontal support and high breathability thanks to the 3D SPACE KNIT spacer. Its closure system allows it to be put on with one hand.

Indications
- Impairment of walking due to neuromuscular damage to the foot dorsiflexor muscles
- Conservative / postoperative foot & ankle
- Mild poliomyelitis
- Lumbar root damage
- multiple sclerosis
- Nerve root damage of the lumbar spine
- Peroneal palsy
- Flaccid paralysis in peroneal palsy
- Flaccid and spastic foot drop, e.g. after a stroke, in multiple sclerosis, peroneal palsy, or other neurological/muscular diseases
