Price Match Guarantee Policy

At Physio Supplies Canada, we are committed to offering the best value to our customers. If you find a lower price on an identical capital equipment product from a Health Canada-licensed competitor, we’ll match it! Plus, we go a step further—not only do we match the price, but we also offer an additional 5% off the difference.

⚠ Note: Our Price Match Policy does not apply to treatment tables or similar furniture items.

How It Works

✔ Find a Lower Price – If you discover a publicly advertised lower price for the same product from a qualifying Canadian competitor, let us know.
✔ Contact Us – Email us at sales@medi-line.ca or call 905-238-1500 with the details.
✔ We Verify & Match – Once confirmed, we will match the price and apply an additional 5% discount on the price difference.

Example:

If a competitor’s price is $5 lower, we will match it and apply an extra 5% off that $5 difference, saving you even more!

Eligibility Criteria

✅ Applicable in Canada only.
✅ Valid for capital equipment purchases (excludes treatment tables and certain furniture items).
✅ Competitor must be a licensed Canadian retailer with a valid Health Canada license (up to Class 3), which Medi-Line Enterprises Inc. holds.
✅ Product must be identical (same brand, model, size, and condition).
✅ Competitor must be an authorized distributor (excludes auction sites, third-party marketplaces, and liquidation sales).
✅ Lower price must be current and publicly available at the time of the request.
✅ Price match is applicable before purchase.
✅ Special promotions, clearance sales, used/refurbished items, and bulk discounts are not eligible.
✅ Shipping charges are not included in price matching for larger items like treatment tables and furniture.
✅ Price match is not guaranteed in every case. If we cannot match the price, we will offer a free product of equivalent value to cover the difference.
✅ If the customer declines the free product, the Price Match Guarantee will not apply.

How to Request a Price Match

📧 Email us at sales@medi-line.ca or call 905-238-1500 with:
✔ Your name and order number (if applicable).
✔ Competitor’s price and proof (link, flyer, or official quote).
✔ Product details (brand, model, and size).
✔ Competitor’s Health Canada license number for verification.
