PhySys's patented SonoSwing process delivers both ultrasound frequencies at once, in parallel, at a ratio the therapist selects — so the treatment area is reached exactly where it's intended, without swapping applicator heads.
Combined with the ability to run electrotherapy and ultrasound simultaneously, this gives therapists a level of targeting that single-modality units can't match — particularly useful for functional disorders such as myofascial pain syndromes.

Every therapy parameter — electro, ultrasound, or simultaneous — is controlled from one large graphic touch display, so the therapist can select an effect-related program and go, instead of dialing in settings by hand.
27 current waveforms, run in parallel or alternating
Two electrotherapy channels operate with fully independent intensity and parameters — interference, TENS, diadynamic, galvanic, microcurrent, high-volt, IG, and more — synchronized across channels when a protocol calls for it.
1 & 3 MHz, continuous or pulsed
Large and small contact-area applicators cover everything from broad muscle bellies to small joints, running continuous or pulsed ultrasound at 0–3 W/cm² with pulse rates of 16, 48, or 100 Hz.
Integrated vacuum unit for electrode placement
The Vaco option, built into the SysCart, gives simple, comfortable electrode placement with a pulsed or unpulsed massage effect — increasing patient treatment comfort while the electrodes stay firmly in position.
