Physio Supplies Canada works with thousands of healthcare clinics throughout Canada. Through this work with physiotherapists, chiropractors, rehabilitation professionals and clinic owners, one problem kept appearing:
Rehabilitation technology is advancing faster than the formal education surrounding it.
Clinics purchase technologies such as electrotherapy, therapeutic ultrasound, shockwave, laser, PEMF/HEIT, TECAR, cryotherapy, traction & decompression, and targeted vibration systems — but many practitioners receive limited hands-on exposure to these technologies in their formal training.
Manufacturer training is useful, but clinics need broader education covering fundamentals, appropriate applications, contraindications, safety, patient screening, treatment parameters, equipment operation, clinical workflow, documentation and technology selection.
This is the gap MÖWE was created to address.
