Portable Tables & ChairsMEDILINE guarantees our portable & Stationary Tables, excluding foam and upholstery, against defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original Purchaser, owns the product, or for 3 years after the product is discontinued or modified.
Electric Lift Tables & Stationary TablesAny table electric lift tables and stationary tables have a lifetime limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on the frame. The lift motor and controls have a two (2) year warranty from the original date of purchase. If, within these two (2) years, there is a defect, malfunction or failure of the lift motor or controls, Earthlite will replace or repair the defective component at our discretion. Foam and upholstery are warranted for three (3) years against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty service is provided on-site, where practical. Replacement Parts are warranted for 90 days or 2 years from the original date of table purchase, whichever comes later.
AccessoriesAccessories are warranted for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This warranty is limited to product repair or replacement, at Earthlite’s sole discretion. International Purchasers are responsible for all associated return costs (inbound and outbound), as well as any applicable duties and taxes.
Obtaining Warranty ServiceWarranty service may be obtained by contacting Earthlite at 1-760-599-1112 during normal office hours or through our website at www.earthlite.com. All returns must be pre-authorized by providing proof of original purchase to obtain an Earthlite Return Material Authorization (RMA). This warranty is limited to product repair or replacement, at Earthlite’s sole discretion. For portables and accessories, Purchaser is responsible for shipping the product(s) back to the factory (at Purchaser’s expense), if requested, for any warranty claim. Earthlite will return the warranted product, shipping prepaid, to Purchaser in the contiguous U.S. only. International Purchasers as well as domestic Purchasers outside of the contiguous U.S. are responsible for all shipping charges (inbound and outbound), as well as any applicable duties and taxes. In the event that the product is returned and tested to show there is no defect, Earthlite will ship the original product back to the Purchaser, at the Purchaser’s expense.
Exclusions to WarrantyThis warranty does not cover damage caused by improper setup, misuse, normal wear and tear, harsh environments, accidents, or neglect, which includes tears in the upholstery and damage caused by harsh chemical-based cleaners or a failure to regularly maintain the product according to the Product’s User Manual.
a. EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY PROVIDED BY EARTHLITE PER SECTION 9 IN OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; AND ANY SUCH WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
b. IN NO EVENT WILL EARTHLITE BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY CLAIM OR DEMAND AGAINST PURCHASER BY ANY OTHER PARTY ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT, OR THE EXISTENCE, FURNISHING OR FUNCTIONING OF ANY PRODUCTS OR USE BY PURCHASER OR ANY PURCHASER OR THIRD PARTY OF ANY PRODUCTS.
c. IN NO EVENT WILL EARTHLITE HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY DUE TO IMPROPER INSTALLATION, AND PURCHASER WILL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS EARTHLITE FROM AND AGAINST ANY SUCH CLAIMS.
